Seoul Sci-Fi fest
is a gathering place for the creators of science fiction films, which provides an opportunity to evaluate works created using artificial intelligence technologies that are popular today. Here we can see how a new direction is emerging that allows us to realize the most ambitious ideas.
About
The festival takes place in Seoul and attracts dozens of new participants every year. Who knows, maybe now there is a historically significant moment in the birth of a new era in the film industry. Participants also share their work and receive assessments from experts in real time. Some people find a fundamentally new approach inappropriate from the point of view of using human resources; time will tell us how far the authors of such works will go. Happening in 3-9 October 2024 in Art House MOMO, ATSSFF presenting 24 new visionaries of cinematic Sci-Fi world from 4 seasons that will have possibilities to communicate and find new business relationships at our platform.
Awards
Rules
All films, hybrid films of any length, completed after January 1, 2020, are accepted to participate in the festival. Selected films are invited to various sections of the program, both competitive and non-competitive. Preference when selecting sections of the competition program will be given to films completed after January 1, 2020. Particular preference is given to world, international, European and Asian premieres.
Participation implies acceptance of the rules and regulations by the film's rights holders.
A full-length film (45 minutes or longer). An international jury will select the Grand Prix winner. Special mentions are also given out from time to time.
